Cancellation Policy
Camps – Listed Deadline Our camps are planned based on enrollment numbers, requiring us to secure facilities and staff in advance. Goalies may be eligible for a full refund if they cancel prior to the camp’s listed payment deadline. If a deadline is not listed, cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the camp start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the payment deadline (or within 14 days if no deadline is listed) are non-refundable. Private Sessions – 7 Days Prior Private sessions are to be paid in full at the time of booking. As we are required to pay for facility rentals in advance, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unsure of your availability. Cancellations made within 7 days in advance will receive a 50% credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
