Dusty played 4 years of Collegiate Hockey with the MRU Cougars (CIS) where he was named CIS All-Canadian Academic-Athlete for four consecutive years. Dusty is also the Emergency Goaltender for the Calgary Flames (NHL).

Theo is currently the Goalie Coach for the Calgary Hitmen, Director of Goaltending for the Calgary Northstars, and Goalie Coach for U16 Team Alberta.

Mike has been coaching goalies professionally for over 20 years in private sessions, team based coaching and goalie schools. Over the last 20+ years, Mike has worked at every level of hockey and every level of goaltender from the NHL, AHL, ECHL, European Pro, NCAA & Major Junior level.

Landon Bow is a distinguished professional goaltender whose career spans Junior, North American pro, and European elite leagues. Known for his technical precision, consistency, calm demeanour, and leadership, Bow brings a wealth of experience and a championship mindset to his coaching.

Nick grew up playing for the Calgary Buffaloes Hockey Association before being drafted by the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League (WHL). He went on to play five seasons across the WHL and AJHL with the Tri-City Americans, Prince Albert Raiders, Calgary Hitmen, Okotoks Oilers, and Lloydminster Bobcats. Drawing from his experience competing at some of Western Canada's highest levels of junior hockey, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to the crease. Since finishing his playing career, he has been dedicated to helping goaltenders of all ages and skill levels build confidence, refine their technical game, and reach their full potential both on and off the ice.

Cam recently completed his illustrious journey in minor hockey as the formidable netminder for the Calgary Northstars U18 AAA squad. His exceptional skills between the pipes earned him the prestigious titles of AEHL Top Goaltender and AEHL First Team All-Star. With these accolades in tow, Cam eagerly anticipates the upcoming chapter of his hockey career as he joins the Okotoks Oilers Junior A squad for the 2023-24 season.

Entering his fourth year in Canada’s only Bachelor of Sport Management program at Brock University, Teigan combines academic knowledge with a passion for goaltending. With six years of coaching experience, he has helped develop goalies from youth minor hockey to the Junior ranks. Known for his positive energy and supportive coaching style, Teigan is passionate about helping young goaltenders build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and enjoy the game while reaching their full potential.
