Cancellation Policy

Camps - Listed Deadline Planning APEX camps are based on enrollment numbers and requires us to make commitments to facilities and staff. Goalies may be eligible to receive a full refund if they cancel prior to the payment deadline. Any cancellation after the payment deadline will be non-refundable. Private Sessions - 7 days prior We ask that you provide us advanced notice if you are unsure you will be able to attend a booked session, or need to cancel as we are required pay for facility rentals in advance. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund in order to cover costs of ice rentals. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
