3-Day Goalie Evaluation Prep Camp Open to All Skill Levels This 3-day evaluation prep camp is designed to help goalies feel confident and prepared heading into upcoming evaluations. Goalies will be put through a variety of technical and situational drills, led by professional coaches, with a strong focus on game-ready skills and decision-making. 3:1 Goalie to Coach 1 Hour On Ice Session Per day 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM ***Early Bird Special*** Register before March 30 for just $400 + GST Regular Price after March 30: $450 +GST Payment Instructions: You will be emailed an invoice with payment information and options. Cancelation & Refund Policy Planning APEX camps are based on enrollment numbers and requires us to make commitments to facilities and staff. Goalies may be eligible to receive a full refund if they cancel prior to the payment deadline. Any cancellation after the payment deadline will be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Payment Policy ## Camps & Clinics Registration fees for camps and clinics are non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled start date. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of the organization. No credits will be issued for cancelled camp or clinic registrations. Within 30 days of the camp or clinic start date, all registrations are considered final and non-refundable, as roster spots are reserved specifically for registered participants and staffing and facility commitments have already been made. ## Private Skills Sessions, Power Skating & Puck Handling Sessions Session fees are due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled session will be accommodated, subject to ice and coach availability. A $20 cancellation fee will apply to any cancelled session. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable and the full session fee remains payable, as facility and staffing costs have already been committed. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 5 days and is non-refundable. ## Payment Policy Effective immediately, all private skills, power skating, and puck handling session bookings require a valid credit card to be kept on file. Clients may pay for their sessions by e-transfer. However, all session fees must be received no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled session date. Any session that remains unpaid within 5 days of the scheduled session will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. A $5 processing fee will be added to any balance charged to a credit card under this policy. By booking a private skills, power skating, or puck handling session, clients authorize the organization to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid session fees, cancellation fees, and applicable processing fees in accordance with this policy.
